What will you be doing?

As our Controller your focus will be on our location in Taiwan. You ensure that we are financially in control and can make smart choices. You provide reliable financial insight and support our teams in the Netherlands and Taiwan in making informed decisions. With your keen eye for figures and processes, you contribute to a healthy, future-proof organization.

These are your main responsibilities:

• Proces optimization and harmonization.
• ERP-setup and automation.
• Month-end close, anlaysis and reporting.
• Budgeting, forecasting and planning cycle.
• Transition of administrative activities.
• International collaboration.

Who are you?

As a Controller you are a financial professional who understands the signification of numbers. You know how to translate them into insights. You see working with colleagues from different cultures as a challenge.

• You have a higher professional education (HBO) or university education (WO) level of working and thinking, preferably with a degree in Business Economics, Finance & Control, or Accountancy.
• You have a sloid foundation in both accounting (bookkeeping, month-end closing) and controlling (analysis, forecasting, planning).
• You have experiences in setting up or optimizing financial processes and preferably with ERP systems.
• You have excellent communication shills in both Mandarin and English/Dutch.
• You are willing to work in Taiwan for several weeks at a time on a regular basis.
