Marketing Coordinator DACH

What does a Marketing Coordinator do?
To further accelerate the exponential growth of our Dutch ID and Lovens brands within the DACH region, we’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team. As a Marketing Coordinator you report to the Marketing Lead DACH and you will be involved in preparing, organizing and executing campaigns and marketing materials.  Your role will involve creating and delivering region-specific content and communications, as well as providing data for reporting on the performance of (digital) marketing campaigns. You’ll be a key member of our dynamic team of creative content creators and marketers.

Your responsibilities as a Marketing Coordinator:

  • Event Organization and Execution: Lead the planning and execution of fairs and events, acting as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. Oversee event setup, manage staff, and work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
  • Media Coordination: Manage print and out-of-home media, and coordinate POS materials to meet the needs of Sales and Marketing.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Content Briefings: Provide region-specific briefs to content creators.
  • Newsletter Coordination: Manage the distribution of B2B and B2C newsletters.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure regional marketing efforts align with brand messaging and imagery, and oversee the placement of relevant B2C content on websites and social media.
  • Webcare: Handle customer inquiries within your region.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the effectiveness of (digital) marketing campaigns.
  • Administrative Duties: Oversee financial and administrative tasks related to production, fairs, and events.
  • Communication Management: Handle incoming marketing emails and serve as the primary contact for the Marketing team.

Who are you?
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’re an excellent organizer, dedicated to ensuring every project succeeds. You approach tasks systematically but with a creative flair, generating unique concepts and plans. You work well both independently and as part of a team, and you’re ready to work evenings and weekends during events when needed. Staying abreast of the latest trends is second nature to you. Understanding the DACH region’s culture and market is crucial for this role. This position is based in Beverwijk, Netherlands.

Your Qualifications:

  • A degree in Communication, Marketing or Event management
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience in the German market is a plus.
  • A valid driver’s license (Category B).
  • Experience organizing fairs, events, and/or photo shoots.
  • Proficiency with social media.
  • Experience in consumer communication.
  • Familiarity with graphic software is a plus.
  • An affinity for the bicycle industry.
